Gentle Yoga Series for Pain Relief and Relaxation
at Phinney Ridge Yoga Studio, Seattle.
This very gentle yoga series incorporates practices to strengthen the deep core and stabilize the lower back, release neck and shoulder tension, and improve over all circulation. Each class will end with a long, guided relaxation.
Learn yoga tools you can use off the mat to create greater balance + ease in daily life!
This class is especially useful for those living with chronic pain, anxiety or other chronic health conditions, including Multiple Sclerosis or Fibromyalgia.
Chairs and walls may be utilized for gentle, yet deep practice.
